Organize PDF Pages
Straighten pages that were scanned upside down, fix pages that are out of order, or remove blank pages. Every page appears as a thumbnail so you can check as you go. Files never leave your device: everything runs inside your browser, and nothing is uploaded to a server.
Files are processed only in this browser and never uploaded. Reorder with the arrows, rotate with ↺ ↻, delete with ✕, then create the new PDF.
How to organize
Choose a file and every page appears as a thumbnail. Use ← → to move a page one step, ↺ ↻ to rotate it 90 degrees left or right, and ✕ to delete it. If every page needs rotating, such as a document scanned sideways, use 'Rotate all left' or 'Rotate all right'. Made a mistake? 'Reset' brings back the original order.
How rotation is saved
Page content is not redrawn; only the PDF's rotation setting for that page is changed. Quality stays the same and text can still be selected and searched. The 'Original page N' label under each thumbnail shows where the page came from.
Limits
Because a thumbnail is drawn for every page, documents of up to 500 pages are supported. Split longer documents first with Split PDF. Thumbnails for long documents take a while to appear, but you can reorder and rotate pages while they load.
FAQ
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Thumbnails are shown in two columns and you organize pages with the buttons. Long files are faster to handle on a computer.
Does it find blank pages automatically?
It doesn't delete pages automatically, so nearly empty pages aren't removed by mistake. Spot blank pages in the thumbnails and delete them with ✕.
Can I insert pages from another PDF?
Merge the two files with Merge PDF first, then move the inserted pages to the right place here.
Everything runs inside your browser. Files and text you use with this tool are never uploaded or stored on a server.
