Images to PDF
Use it when you need to submit phone photos of documents or screenshots as a PDF. Choose several images and get one PDF with one image per page. Files never leave your device: everything runs inside your browser, and nothing is uploaded to a server.
Images are processed only in this browser and never uploaded. JPG and PNG files aren't recompressed, so quality is preserved.
Page size and margins
'Fit to A4' picks portrait or landscape A4 for each image and centers it inside the margins while keeping its proportions, which suits printing and paperwork. Small, low-resolution images are not stretched, so they don't get blurry. 'Same as image' makes each page match the image's proportions with no margins, which suits on-screen viewing.
Order and quality
Pages follow the order you add images. Use ← → to reorder and ✕ to remove one. If file names are numbered, 'Sort by name' puts them in order. JPG and PNG files are embedded as they are, without recompression, so quality is unchanged and the PDF is about the size of the images combined.
Phone photos lying sideways
Phones often store photos sideways and add a note saying how to rotate them for display. PDFs ignore that note, so such photos would appear sideways. This tool straightens those photos before adding them, so the PDF matches the preview. Only in that case is the image re-saved as a 92% quality JPG.
FAQ
Do iPhone photos (HEIC) work?
When you pick photos from the photo library in Safari on iPhone, they usually arrive as JPG. HEIC files copied to a computer may not open in every browser. Setting iPhone Camera > Formats to 'Most Compatible' saves new photos as JPG.
The PDF is too large.
Original phone photos are often 3-5 MB each. Run the PDF through Compress PDF to make it much smaller while keeping it readable.
Do WebP or GIF images work?
Any format your browser can open works. Images other than JPG and PNG are drawn by the browser and converted to JPG; for animated GIFs only the first frame is used.
Are my images stored anywhere?
No. Images are never uploaded, and they disappear from browser memory when you close the page.
Everything runs inside your browser. Files and text you use with this tool are never uploaded or stored on a server.
